AFEM is the trade association created to connect, and represent the common interests of, those companies and individuals whose business is Electronic Music. We are governed by a democratically elected Executive Board of our members and seek to advocate best practice for the genre.

Founded in 2013, AFEM membership now includes 297 company members across over 40 countries.

Our Operational Team work to ensure that AFEM operates in a way which reflects, promotes and preserves the best of electronic music culture and brings members together as a community to solve issues and develop commercial opportunities.

Our Executive Board is the key governing body of AFEM, responsible for operational decision making and direction. Democratically elected by the membership to represent the interests of their respective industry sectors.

Our international Board of Advisors comprise of some of the leading figures in the electronic music industry; providing AFEM management with global insights into each of the industry sectors and developing high level strategy for The Association.
