AFEM response to the recent and devastating events in Israel and Gaza

In response to the recent and devastating events, the Association for Electronic Music (AFEM) and its global electronic music community stand in solidarity with the victims, the missing, and their families. Electronic music has consistently symbolized peace, love, unity, and respect. We are deeply shaken by this horrific act of violence and in particular the tragic attack at the electronic music festival Universo Paralello.  AFEM unequivocally condemns all forms of violence.

As a community that thrives on the principles of inclusion, diversity, and positive energy, we are unwavering in our commitment to supporting one another during times of tragedy. AFEM (Association for Electronic Music) will take action by initiating a support thread and forging collaborative partnerships with other organisations trained to operate in conflict zones on a humanitarian level. Our goal is to actively engage in meaningful conversations and initiatives to promote healing, resilience, and safety for our members, non members and the general public alike.
