The Jaguar Foundation is an organisation founded by Jaguar. Their mission is to make electronic music a more equal place for the next generation of creatives and emerging artists. Through forward-thinking initiatives, they want to create a freeing, inclusive platform that inspires people from minority backgrounds to gain greater opportunities and feel represented throughout the music industry. In conjunction with the  release of the findings of their report, Progressing Gender Representation In UK Dance Music, the foundation has created the Safety & Inclusion Rider; a booking contract clause stating that the artist will only play on a lineup if there is least one other woman, trans or non-binary person, or a person of colour, playing alongside them. The idea being if everyone had one, especially dominant male DJs, we would see accelerated change.
