Lady of the House is Hiring – General Manager

Night Time Economy Solutions has been appointed to support the Lady of the House Advisory Board with the restructure of the Lady of the House Team and business. As part of this, they are handling the recruitment of a General Manager who will take over day-to-day senior leadership of the Lady of the House Brand. This is an exciting opportunity to take an incredible brand forward into the next stage of its evolution supporting women in dance music. They are looking for a General Manager based in the UK. This role is a key senior leadership position with the opportunity to progress as the company grows. They are looking for someone with a passion for upholding our mission to Celebrate, Champion and Honour women in the Dance music industry. You will be responsible for leading and building a team of dedicated specialists providing bespoke, creative solutions to help all women thrive in the electronic music industry. You will lead on all internal projects and actively work to develop new business leads by working with existing and new stakeholders and partners. Your role is focused on the six key tasks; shaping the work environment, setting short-mid term strategy, based on longer-term goals, allocating resources, developing team members and managers, building the organisation, and overseeing operations.
