AFEM New Member Update – Tonic Rider

Tonic Rider is a nationwide online programme by the registered charity, Tonic Music for Mental Health, with the aim of promoting good mental health in the music industry. The programme consists of free bespoke training courses, support groups, taught workshops and 1:1 sessions, which are open to all music industry professionals based in the UK. Alongside this, Tonic Rider also provides free resources in the form of mental health zines, guides, blogs and videos on the Tonic Rider webpage.
