Serenade is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Community Specialist to lead and represent their brand on Twitter, Discord and across customer service. You will play a key role in the development of Serenade’s marketing strategy.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager you will maintain and promote a vibrant community culture through Discord, Twitter, Email and emerging platforms. You’ll also speak directly and assist customers with their queries in an empathetic and friendly way.
