2. Share a milestone or achievement for which your company is particularly proud.
“We are proud of successfully negotiating dozens of musical artists and producers’ agreements as well as assisting dozens of artists in successfully securing O-1 visas to perform in the United States.”
3. Name one trend in electronic music that is shaping your current business strategy.
“Our business strategy is focused on how the use of AI in music impacts the livelihood and creativity of its users and how it intersects with copyright law.”
4. Does your company collaborate with other industry stakeholders to drive growth and opportunities within the electronic music community? And if so, how and who?
“We have previously worked with MusiCares on some informative panels, but we are actively looking to expand and find new collaborators to continue to create new opportunities for community members.”
5. What does it mean for you to be a member of AFEM?
“It is an honor to be a member of an association with such accomplished and passionate individuals, especially one supporting a musical genre that has impacted millions for decades, including myself.”
6. One project, collaboration, or initiative you’re currently working on that you’re particularly excited about.
“I am excited about the continued growth and expansion into new geographic regions of our firm’s music and talent visa programs to enable foreign musicians, bands, DJs, and their supporting staff to come to the U.S. to perform and tour.”
Through his work, Justin is helping global electronic music talent overcome legal barriers and navigate the evolving challenges of music law—especially in light of emerging technologies like AI. He brings deep insight into the structural needs of touring professionals and a commitment to equitable access across borders.
